Indieish : Guerilla video production for the web

I recently got the opportunity to spend a few mintues talking with the founder of Magnatune Records, John Buckman. For those who remain unaware of the sweeping changes coming to the record industry as a result of wide grassroots acceptance of the Creative Commons license, John is a guy who took a great idea and made a business.

Magnatune Records is an internet record label with over 150 artists, reperesenting a wide swath of genres. I’ve been grooving on music from Magnatunes.com for a long time now, and thanks to the recent publicity of podcasting, I’ve begun to be able to share some of the incredible music on this and other Creative Commons labels with a wide audience.
