Rock on Mia, what a fantastic idea! The Creative Commons Foundation has released a podcasting legal guide that should clear up confusion for many who are still unsure how and when it is ok to use CC licensed works.

The document covers music, interviews, distribution, and a host of other things. It also includes a forward from Lawrence Lessig himself (whom we recently interviewed).
