I can’t remember exactly where I found this song first (it was either on Uwe Herrman’s daily CC tunecast or Starfrosch), but I immediately knew that it spoke to me in a very direct way. There is some irony in finding a song about Tom Cruise and other American celebs on either of a pair of European sites. It is a marvelous world we live in…
David Ippolito is also known as “that guitarman from Central Park”. He is a park regular and draws big crowds on the weekends. You can find his work for sale at his website. Tom Cruise Scares Me was listed as “work in progress” and put under a CC license. When I went back to check again, I couldn’t find the .mp3 at thatguitarman.com, but it is out there at the two sites listed above and now at CC: 365. Thank you, Guitarman!
