With my week of picks coming to an end I found another netlabel and an artist who is from the same province in Canada that I live in. From Cape Breton Nova Scotia, Mayapple Weather is created by Mark Boudreau and his 2004 EP “We No Longer Believe in Miracles, We Rely On Them” is filled with great and thoughtful lyrics and an autumnal feeling with some great playing as well. Released on the Sundays in Spring netlabel and available from the Internet Archive.
