I’ve just realized that this may be my second last post for cc365. We have a five person weekly rotation. Grant is next followed by Biotic, Subsytem7 and maybe Chris Campbell. That should do it for the year. : )

For my second last post I wanted to highlight DiSfish.com.

Since starting up in 2005. DiSfish has grown to almost 200 artists ranging from classical, jazz, electronica, rock, world and blues. More than just a traditional netlabel, DiSfish is a collective of independent artists who share their music with you on a “donate if you wish” basis and also donates 5% of each purchase to Creative Commons itself and an additional 5% to a charity of choice. Be sure to keep visiting them as they continue to grow bigger and better. You can also support them by buying dis….Stuff. :P
The featured artist today is the newest addition to the already excellent pool of artists. Plazmatikon from Poland, combines broken-beat, lounge, avant-pop and nu jazz into improvised live electronic music. According to their bio they use beat machines, guitars and synthesizers such as, Soviet “Elektronika, East-German “Vermona and Polish “Unitra. The result is quite refreshing. They currently have only two singles but I look forward to hearing more.

thanks for supporting DiSfish. please take note: there’s an extra slash in the mp3-link which should not be there.

Aha, it’s already fixed. Great :)

Great tune, but this link needs to be fixed. I went to DiSfish to hear it. These guys are fantastic!

Also, I don’t think this is your last go around…we have about a month’s worth of days to fill-in.
